<p>Shipping within Italy is handled by <strong>Poste Italiane Delivery, BRT, or FedEx</strong>. Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number.<br>
In addition, delivery preferences may be customized through an email sent directly by Poste Italiane to the customer.</p>

<h4><strong>International Shipping (European Union)</strong></h4>
<p>International shipments are sent via <strong>Standard Shipping</strong> and are divided into three zones, as shown in the table below, each with different shipping rates. Delivery takes place within 1–7 business days depending on the destination area.</p>

<p>International shipments are handled partly by <strong>Poste Italiane</strong> and partly by local partner logistics operators. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number.</p>
<h4><strong>Order Changes and Incorrect Addresses</strong></h4>
<p>Once an order has been processed and shipped, <strong>it is no longer possible to change the delivery address</strong>. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us <strong>as soon as possible</strong> to verify whether it can still be corrected.</p>
<h4><strong>Undelivered Shipments</strong></h4>
<p>If a package is not delivered for reasons beyond the customer’s control (for example, loss by the courier), <strong>a replacement shipment will be sent at our expense</strong>.</p>
