How to place your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards from major international networks including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay. Digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are also accepted.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
You can manage your order from your personal account area or by contacting us at: support@cosvalgroup.com
Once we have shipped the order, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can return items within 14 days for a full refund, as provided by EU regulations.
Is my payment safe?
All payments are protected using the latest security and fraud prevention standards such as two-step verification. If the transaction is not accepted, contact your credit institution.

How long does shipping take?
In Italy, shipping times are as follows:
- Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days.
- Express shipping generally takes 1-2 business days. Make sure to enter your updated contact information so you can receive shipping updates from the courier.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €29.99. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €3.99.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the necessary tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your package directly on our website by clicking here.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
While it's unlikely to happen, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us! Together we'll find the most suitable solution for your needs.

How can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving the product purchased on our site to communicate your intention to make a return.
Write to support@cosvalgroup.com to process the return. We will send you an email with more detailed instructions. Remember that to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact, undamaged, and unused.
It can be packed in packaging different from the original, as long as the product is well protected to ensure it arrives intact.

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund or store credit. To initiate a return procedure, please contact us via email (see contacts below) or through the "Contact Us" form on our website.
You can also initiate a return directly from your personal account area or by clicking the "Make a Return" button.
The return will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the package at our facility, and the refund will be visible in your account within a maximum of 2 business days after processing. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, according to your preferences.

Which items cannot be returned?
Some items are not eligible for return, specifically:
- Damaged, used and/or opened products.
- Products with opened or broken security seal, except in cases of defective products covered by legal warranty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition. Cosval reserves the right to refuse a return if the product or its packaging is damaged or altered. You may ship the product in a box different from the original one, as long as it is carefully packed to avoid damage during transport. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product arrives intact at our facility.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
If you wish, you can return your purchased item within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
