Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to assist you with the return or refund process.

Right of Return

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- be in the same condition in which it was received;
- not have been worn, used, or tampered with;
- include any original tags;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

How to Request a Return

Once your request has been approved, you will receive:

- a prepaid return shipping label;
- instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for approved returns are covered by us.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

In the event that an order is refused by the customer or not collected from the courier pickup point, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the product and the original packaging.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- opened, used, or tampered items (unless defective);
- customized or made-to-order products;
- perishable goods;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- sale or promotional items;
- gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item when shipping the return.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns shipped without using the return label provided by us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still comply with the return conditions described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
