How to use the product

Recommended Uses:

Dilute 10-15 drops of the oil in the bathtub for an energizing and revitalizing bath, or add 4-5 drops to a foot soak to provide relief and well-being for tired feet; add 2-3 drops to at least 20 ml of body cream or massage oil for a toning treatment or for a relaxing massage after physical activity.
