Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
2. Shipping within Italy

Shipping within Italy is handled by Poste Italiane Delivery or Spring GDS. Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code.
Additionally, delivery time can be customized via an email that Poste Italiane will send directly to the customer.
3. International Shipping (European Union)
International shipments are Standard and divided into three zones, as shown in the table below, with different costs. Delivery takes place within 1–7 business days depending on the destination zone.

International shipments are partly handled by Poste Italiane and partly by local logistics partners. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code.
4. Order Changes and Incorrect Addresses
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to check whether it can still be corrected.
5. Undelivered Shipments
If a package is not delivered for reasons beyond the customer’s control (e.g., courier loss), a new one will be shipped at our expense.
6. Delivery Times and Possible Delays
The indicated delivery times are estimated and may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as:
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs procedures
Also, during high-demand periods like Christmas/New Year or the month of August, order fulfillment times may be longer than usual.
