Return Policy
You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund or store credit. To start a return process, please contact us via email (see contacts below) or through the “Contact Us” form on our website.
The return will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the package at our facility, and the refund will be visible in your account within a maximum of 2 additional working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Return Shipping Costs
In Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), return shipping costs are covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Alternatively, we can arrange a label-free pickup at your home or at a collection point (such as a post office).

- Candles and diffusers that have been lit/used or have a broken seal
- Opened or used cosmetics and hair care products (including dyes, shampoos, conditioners, treatments
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products purchased as final sale (e.g., outlet, clearance), marked as non-returnable
- Gift vouchers or gift cards
Cooling of Period
In the European Union, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period begins on the actual delivery date as recorded by the courier. In all other countries, the right of withdrawal will be honored if provided for by local laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Cosval reserves the right to refuse a return if the product or its packaging is damaged or altered. You may ship the product in a different box from the original, as long as it is carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product arrives in good condition at our facility.
Legal Warranty
The legal warranty covers defective products for 2 years within the European Union and for 1 year outside the EU. In case of a defective product, Cosval will replace the item and/or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the customer’s needs.
